Today I have had a weight watchers muffin for breakfast, a low fat hot pot and mash for lunch, and noodles for tea. Hi Sarah - ww works really well for lots of people and I lost 35 pounds on it a couple of years ago before the new pro points plan came in - after my ds was born.

I made lots of the veggie soup and ate that with a salad and maybe low cal bread for lunch - but normal bread is fine too I just wanted to stretch my points further. If you are eating the low - cal bread - like nimble or ww bread then I would say toast it as it tastes much nicer and those light or even extra light dairylea triangles are pretty good esp with a dab of marmite on. I would say though that doing some exercise whilst losing weight esp if you need to lose stones like I did - will really help as it will tone up those flabby bits.

I've joined rosemary Conley since putting a little back on and I do Zumba twice a week plus normal aerobics once or twice a week and I've found that fab. People keep asking if I've lost weight when I really haven't put on a few pounds after a holiday in Spain even - but it really tones the waist and is sooooooo much fun but also really good for you. Best thing I have ever done and no matter how much of a crappy day I've had or how late home my hubby is - so I really have to rush to get there on time and dont' feel like going - I'm on such a high when I've been to Zumba and the music is fab and I end up dancing round my house all the time.
